Styles Design Build combines 30 plus years related experience in the construction industry both in the Architectural Drafting / Design Field and Construction Field (both Practical and Technical).
President / Owner Wayne J. Styles graduated from the Architectural Technologist Program (4 year) from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario in 1984. With continuing and expanding interests in the field of architecture and construction Wayne has updated his skill set by completing courses in safety (WSIB – Sector Specific / 2008) and is now a certified OCSA Health and Safety Rep Member. Other courses completed are OBC (Ontario Building Code) Housing and Small Building – Part 9 for BCIN qualification.
Over the last 25 years Wayne has worked exclusively in the Construction and Designer Fields holding such positions as Designer, Specification Officer, Contracts Inspector, Estimator, Project Manager and Site Superintendent.
Introduction of CADD (Computer Aided Design & Drafting) changed the drafting and design world forever. Styles Design Build has used Autocad exclusively since 1990 for all its drafting and design needs.
